The approach follow by our research group is based on investigating the property-structure relationship of multi-scale and hybrid polymer composite materials including composite fabrication, chemical functionalization, testing and modeling. Experimental testing is conducted and predictive modeling strategies are based mainly on analytical solutions and finite element analysis.
